Conducting Hatha Yoga classes for the well being of the public in the Klang Valley region is the prime activity of Swami Sivananda Spiritual Centre (SSSC).  Yogasana classes are conducted at SSSC premises at Jalan Klang Lama, and also at various other locations such as the Royal Lake Club in Kuala Lumpur and Cobra-IJM Sports Complex in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
